June's Holiday Training (15 Jun 2009)

Hey guys, this is the first time blogging about bowling.
This is the first post, the blogger here is Chloe.
Usually, for June holiday training, I go to the bowling centre on my own.
The bowling centre is at a place at Chevrons.
I leave house at 7.25AM, I would walk to the MRT station.
I usually see people queue up for free newspaper,
I had to squeeze into the MRT because there is too much people.
I took MRT from Lavender to Jurong East.
I noticed that many people got out of the train at Raffles Place, Bugis and City Hall.
After taking the train, I still have to take 105 at the bus interchange.
I always reach 10 minutes before my coach reach and 15 minutes before the team reach.
For that training, I have to lead the whole school team for warm-up.
I was like"Oh my god, why is it me? this can't be happening!"
Luckily, QiEn was there to lead with me because he is the captain and Daphne told me what to do.
After the warm-up, we had to do 4 sets of strength conditioning.
The strength conditioning was to do sit-up half way, backraises half way, squat half way=1 set.
After the training, i have to play bowling with some guys from another school at another place.
They Are my mum's friend's sons, they study in South View Primary School.
We played a total of 11 games altogether.i won the both of them.
After that we went to West Mall just beside the bowling centre.
I went to bossini to buy a shirt to just get into the acrcade.
About 5.30Pm i went home.
